I would suggest adding a few items to the task list:

• Contributors Guide - set best practices, process for collaboration and contributions, rules for copyrighted sources, etc
• Naming conventions - for images and article pages, to make the contents more manageable
• Site structure - planning contents to avoid having pages that are too large, allow content re-use, etc
